In this course, managers are initially familiar with productivity, performance management, basic concepts of quality, basic concepts of environmental law compliance, basic concepts of business intelligence, and basic concepts of occupational health and safety laws.

The second part of the course is the study of business continuity management systems and how to make them operational in management.
