If you have studied at another accredited educational institution, you might be able to count course credits you earned there towards your DEA Canadian College diploma or certificate.
How it Works
For previous credits to be considered, you must show that it is equivalent to the DEA Canadian College course you are looking to receive an exemption from. You must pay an assessment fee for each course that is subject to a transfer request.
These advanced-standing credits can be granted for up to 50% of your program. Such courses will have “CR” listed on your transcript. Advanced-standing credits are not transferable to other institutions.
How to Apply
You must submit a Credit Transfer Application before registration. If granted, program fees and length will be adjusted accordingly. The Campus Director is responsible for approving your application. Please speak with an admissions representative for full details.
