Administrative Manager
Mitra Einabadi
Mitra Einabadi is an Administrative Assistant at DEA Canadian College, where she has been contributing her skills and dedication since May 2023. She holds a master’s degree in information science from her home country and a master’s degree in computer science from Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU).
In her role, Mitra plays a key part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the college. She is responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining student and institutional records, supporting admissions and academic departments, and assisting both staff and students with their inquiries. Her strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and technical expertise contribute to the college’s overall efficiency and success.
Mitra is known for her professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to creating a supportive and well-organized environment for students and colleagues alike.

Admissions Officer
Arezoo Najmi
Arezoo Najmi is a dedicated Admissions Officer at DEA Canadian College, where she has been serving since July 2024. She brings a strong academic background and a passion for education to her role, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well as a qualification in Early Childhood Education.
In her position, Arezoo is responsible for guiding prospective students through every step of the admissions process — from initial inquiries and application reviews to enrollment and documentation. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to helping students succeed make her a valued member of the DEA Canadian College team.
Arezoo believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all applicants, ensuring that every student feels confident and informed as they begin their academic journey.

Angel Marie Polanco
Angel Marie Polanco is the Marketing Manager at DEA Canadian College, where she leads the college’s marketing initiatives, partnership development, and international outreach efforts. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing from University Canada West.
With a strong background in business development, strategic marketing, and communications, Angel plays a key role in promoting DEA Canadian College’s programs to both local and international audiences. She is passionate about helping students discover educational opportunities that match their goals while fostering long-term collaborations with partner institutions and agencies around the world.
Angel’s creativity, leadership, and global perspective make her an invaluable member of the DEA Canadian College team.

Natsumi Yabe
Natsumi Yabe is a Student Advisor at DEA Canadian College, where she provides personalized guidance and support to students from their initial inquiry through to graduation. She studied at Rikkyo University in Japan and recently completed a Diploma program at the Canadian College of Technology and Business (CCTB).
With her strong international education background and friendly, approachable personality, Natsumi is dedicated to ensuring that every student enjoys a smooth, supportive, and positive experience throughout their academic journey at DEA Canadian College. She plays an important role in helping students adjust to college life, understand program options, and achieve their educational goals.
