Dental Office Administration Certificate
Dental Office Administrators are highly valued employees responsible for coordinating all aspects of a dental visit. Learn the skills required to efficiently handle the day-to-day operation of a dental office: appointment scheduling, patient and insurance billing, dental records upkeep and the maintenance of all systems crucial to the success of the dental practice.
Participants must be at least 19 years old to register, attend all sessions, and pass all quizzes with a satisfactory mark in order to receive a certificate of completion. This is a non-credit course (cannot be applied towards the completion of a degree).
Admission Requirements
At least 18 years of age. Evidence of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (CLB 6, Duolingo 85-90); [evidence can include an IELTS evaluation, or similar testing assessment to the level which can be closely deemed as equivalence (ie TOEFL IBT)] or the student can take the College’s language proficiency exam.
